User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate profile URL. Ensure your account is public at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by private accounts.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refill guarantee. If your order drops below the delivered count within 30 days, we will refill it at no charge. See our Refunds page for full details.

Prohibited uses

Our services may not be used for illegal activities, to harass others, or to violate any platform's terms of service in ways that could cause harm to third parties.

Limitation of liability
