30-day refill guarantee
If the number of followers, likes, views, or comments drops below the amount delivered within 30 days of your order, we will refill the difference at no additional cost. Simply contact our support team with your order details.
Full refunds
Full refunds are available if: (1) your order has not been started within 48 hours of payment, or (2) we are unable to deliver the service to your profile. Refunds are not available for completed orders.
Partial refunds
If we can only partially deliver your order (e.g., your account becomes private mid-delivery), we will refund the undelivered portion to your wallet or original payment method.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not issued if: your account was private at the time of ordering, you provided an incorrect URL, your account was deleted or banned after delivery, or the service was fully delivered and 30 days have passed.
